Tuesday, July 8th, 2008I KNOW LEE HANEY SAYS DONT ANNIHILATE …STIMULATE. AND THAT MIGHT BE TRUE FOR SOME BUT NOT FOR ME. BEING A NATURAL LIFTER I’M A FIRM BELIEVERÂ IN OVERLOADING THE MUSCLE AND BEATING IT INTO THE GROUND. THE WAY I TRAIN MOST OF YOU WOULD SAY IM OVER-TRAINING BUT ITS THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE FOUND THAT WORKS BEST FOR ME. I DONT REALLY COUNT SETS OR REPS I GO PRETTY MUCH UNTIL COMPLETE MUSCLE FAILURE. MY REST PERIODS ARE VERY SHORT FROM LIKE 3Osecs OR LESS TO SOMETIMES 1-2MINS BUT I MOSTLY STAY WITH THE QUICK REST PERIODS. ILL DO UP TO 12 OR MORE DIFFERENT EXERCISES DEPENDING ON WHAT IM TRAINING AND HOW I FEEL. MY WORKOUT LAST AROUND AN HOUR AND A HALF TO AN HOUR AND 45MINS THATSÂ INCLUDING CARDIO. MY WEIGHTS ARE MODERATE TO HEAVY. MY TRAINING SPLIT NOW IS TWO DAYS ON ONE DAY OFF SO IM LIFTING AT LEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK.
