TIP OF THE WEEK
Tip of the week:drink a gallon or more of water a day. It may sound like alot but trust me it will help keep your muscles full. Keeping your body hydrated helps everything from digestion to protein synthesis. Steady water intake keeps the nutrients flowing into your muscles. If you are on a high protein diet, using creatine, or using fat burners drink your water.

I agree with the water intake…alot of people feel hungry or think they are hungry when they are actuall dehydrated as well….with extra protein intake it can overwork your kidneys…good idea to keep them flushed out with plenty of water…for all you high cardio people this is a must as well…if water is a hard thing for you…add a little lemon or lime juice to keep it interesting and add somevit c.
