TIP of the WEEK #1

Today is the start of RLXMUSCLE’S tip of the week. Every week I will give out some tips on either nutrition or working out. One of todays tip is on your next leg day do lunges either with a barbell or with  dumbbells. If your gym has enough space to do walking lunges do them that way. This is a great exercise for complete leg development. Great for the quads, hams and glutes.

    Great idea putting tips and stuff for other people to read and try in your blogs!:) Sometimes people get stuck in a rut w/ their workouts and don’t switch it up.. :)
    Speaking of weighted walking lunges.. today is quads/delts..
    I love also that you are a natural :)
