YESTERDAY WAS MY FIRST CHEST WORKOUT WITH SUPERPUMP 250. I HAVE TO SAY THIS AGAIN THIS SHIT IS INSANE. I STARTED WITH MACHINE CHEST PRESSES W/THE STACK FOR 4 SETS. THEN 4 SETS ON THE PEC DECK W/THE STACK. THEN INCLINE BENCH FOR 3 SETS 225, 315, 405. NEXT WAS 4 SETS OF FLAT DUMBBELL PRESSES W/130LBS, 140LBS, 150LBS AND THE LAST SET WAS A BURN OUT SET W/80LB DUMS. NEXT UP DECLINE BENCH FOR 3 SETS W/225, 275, 315. FINAL EXERCISE FOR CHEST WAS 6 SETS OF CABLE CROSSOVERS. THEN I DID ABS AND AND CALVES. TODAY I AM COMPLETELY THRASHED AND LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT.

TODAY WAS MY FIRST LEG DAY WITH MY NEW FAVORITE SUPPLEMENT SUPERPUMP 250 BY GASPARI NUTRITION. I HAVE TO SAY THE PUMP I GOT WAS IN ONE WORD…INSANE! IT FELT AS IF MY QUADS WERE GOING TO TEAR RIGHT THROUGH MY SKIN. I DIDNT FEELING ANYTHING REALLY ON MY FIRST EXERCISE WHICH WAS LEG EXTENSIONS BUT WHEN I GOT TO THE 2ND DROP SET ON THE HACK SQUATS I COULD BARELY BEND MY LEGS TO DO THE EXERCISE BUT I MANAGED 3 MORE DROPS. ALL IN ALL MY LEG ROUTINE WAS A NORMAL LEG DAY THE ONLY DIFFERENCE WAS THE SUPERPUMP 250. I WILL BE USING THIS PRODUCT FOR A LONG TIME. I CANT WAIT FOR MY FIRST SUPERPUMP CHEST WORKOUT.

THROUGH OUT THE YEARS I’VE HAD MANY DIFFERENT LIFTING PARTNERS, BUT I’VE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO PUSH MYSELF WITHOUT THEM. I NEVER REALLY NEEDED NOR WANTED ANYONE WITH ME WHEN I TRAINED. THIS HAS ALL CHANGED IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE THE THREE BEST TRAINING PARTNERS ANYONE COULD ASK FOR. IF IM DOWN AND NOT FEELING IT THERE IS ALWAYS ONE OF THEM IF NOT ALL OF THEM THERE TO KICK ME IN MY NUTS AND PULL MY HEAD OUT MY ASS AND LIGHT THAT FIRE. NOW I REALLY COULDNT IMAGINE TRAINING WITH OUT THEM MY INTENSITY IS THROUGH THE ****ING ROOF. I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT WORKOUT EVERYDAY. MY STATS ARE INCREASING AND MY BODY IS DEVELOPING EVEN MORE. I OWE THIS TO THEM MY MEATHEAD MAFIA. I AM FOREVER IN DEBT TO YOU THREE FOR MAKING THAT FIRE BURN HOTTER AND MORE INTENSE THAN EVER. ON LEG DAY TRY THIS KILLER QUAD WORKOUT.
1ST START W/LEG EXTENSIONS PYRAMIDING UP IN WEIGHT FOR 4 SETS THEN ON THE 4TH DO A DROP SET FOR 3 SETS.
2ND SUPERSET REGULAR BACK SQUATS W/SMITH MACHINE SQUATS FOR 10-15 REPS EACH INCREASING THE WEIGHT EACH SET. DO 4-6 SETS
3RD DO TRI-SET LEG PRESSES WITH UR FEET WIDE ON THE SLED FOR 10 REPS THEN FEET CLOSE ON THE SLED FOR 10 REPS THEN FEET WIDE AGAIN FOR TEN REPS. THIS IS ONE SET FOR 30 REPS. DO THIS FOR 4 SETS.
THIS WORK OUT WILL GIVE YOU A CRAZY PUMP.

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH THEM ON THAT TO. THE GYM AND THE WEIGHTS ARE MY LIFE. IT’S THAT SIMPLE. I HAVE LEARNED MORE FROM THE GYM ATMOSHERE THAN FROM ANY SCHOOL COULD TEACH. THE DISCIPLINE THAT I HAVE GAINED FROM BODYBUILDING IS LIKE NO OTHER. THE GYM IS MY PLACE MY HEART AND MY SOUL(other than my girl Tabitha2686). I MEAN I RECONNECTED WITH MY FUTURE WIFE AT THE GYM. I HAVE MADE FRIENDS FOR LIFE BECAUSE OF THE GYM. THE GYM IS MY JOB… AND I LOVE IT! I AM HELPING PEOPLE REACH THEIR FITNESS GOALS AND HELPING THEM TO LIVE LONGER. I’M HELPING THEM ON BUILDING SELF-ESSTEEM AND TO BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES. TO ME THATS THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD. THE GYM IS MY SANCTUARY. IF IM HAVING A BAD DAY I CAN GO THERE THROW ON MY IPOD AND JUST HIT THE WEIGHTS HARD AND RELEASE ALL MY FRUSTRATIONS AND EMOTIONS. AND WHEN I’M DONE AND I WALK OUT THROUGH THOSE DOORS I KNOW I’M A BETTER PERSON…A HAPPIER PERSON.

I KNOW LEE HANEY SAYS DONT ANNIHILATE …STIMULATE. AND THAT MIGHT BE TRUE FOR SOME BUT NOT FOR ME. BEING A NATURAL LIFTER I’M A FIRM BELIEVER IN OVERLOADING THE MUSCLE AND BEATING IT INTO THE GROUND. THE WAY I TRAIN MOST OF YOU WOULD SAY IM OVER-TRAINING BUT ITS THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE FOUND THAT WORKS BEST FOR ME. I DONT REALLY COUNT SETS OR REPS I GO PRETTY MUCH UNTIL COMPLETE MUSCLE FAILURE. MY REST PERIODS ARE VERY SHORT FROM LIKE 3Osecs OR LESS TO SOMETIMES 1-2MINS BUT I MOSTLY STAY WITH THE QUICK REST PERIODS. ILL DO UP TO 12 OR MORE DIFFERENT EXERCISES DEPENDING ON WHAT IM TRAINING AND HOW I FEEL. MY WORKOUT LAST AROUND AN HOUR AND A HALF TO AN HOUR AND 45MINS THATS INCLUDING CARDIO. MY WEIGHTS ARE MODERATE TO HEAVY. MY TRAINING SPLIT NOW IS TWO DAYS ON ONE DAY OFF SO IM LIFTING AT LEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK.

HEY EVERYONE,
I HAVENT BEEN ON HERE FOR AWILE NOW. IVE BEEN WAY TO BUSY. I GOT A NEW JOB AT A NEW GYM WITH MIS TAIBHTA2686. ME AND TABITHA2686 ARE MOVING INTO OUR FIRST PLACE SOON. MY WORK SCHEDULE IS CRAZY IM AT THE GYM FROM 830AM TILL SOMETIMES 830PM or 930PM DOING FRONT DESK STUFF AND TRAINING CLIENTS. ITS FREAKIN AWESOME. MY WORKOUTS HAVE BEEN AMAZING I THINK THE NEW JOB HAS BEEN A MAJOR FACTOR. I MEAN I CAN LIFT AT THREE DIFFERENT GYMS SO IVE BEEN ABLE TO TRAIN DIFFERENT BODY PARTS AT EACH ONE. MY CAREER IS STARTING TO MOVE INTO THE RIGHT DIRECTION. ME AND TABI ARE STRONGER THAN EVER AND IM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW. I WILL BE UPLOADING NEW PHOTOS, NEW STATS, NEW TIPS OF THE WEEK, NEW MOTIVATIONAL POEMS AND NEW VIDEOS OF ME TRAINING. IM WILL BE STARTING TO SHOOT FOR MY TRAINING VIDEO SOON. SO KEEP CHECKIN BACK . Tip of the week on your rest days from the gym load up on bodybuilding foods. Even though it’s a rest day from lifting and cardio it doesn’t mean it’s a rest day from bodybuilding. Still be strict with your diet, you don’t want to take in more calories than you need. Keep you diet filled with lean protein and slow digesting carbs. By doing this it will give you a huge edge in building muscle mass.
