Finally on track
After a beginning crappy time with the new workout I tried this week I am finally on track. Should be a good one in time to come especially when I can get home and eat right not dependent on the crap KBR cooks. Anyway, I am making it 2 day sessions and then cardio. Hurts right now but this is only week 1 so hopefully we will see results. All the best to you and yours this weekend. Go K-STATE and the STEELERS HOOOAH !!

yeah work always gets in the way of training and now its colds back to back sigh…wish you luck on your two day workout…ignore the pain lol
