You ever have this happen your getting ready for round 2 of your daily workout regime whether it be cardio or something else and then some stupid stuff happend at work and bam all of the sudden your piling sandbags cause your suboordinates are too (fill in an adjective) Lazy to do it. Therefore your workout plan gets all jacked up for the rest of the day. By the way sandbags are great for moving and working legs arms and shoulders.. But I guess tomorrow is another day of fun and excitement! By the way to all of you that have sent supportive notes to me thru this deployment… Thanks, I wish I could meet you face to face and shake your hand! You all are what makes me want to do this from day to day. Finally, got a great chest workout in today and I will post what my workout when I can!! Take care… Rob

Hey all you superhero dude and dudettes that look like Hulk,Wonderwoman, shehulk etc, I have a question to anyone who can answer this honestly. Can you combine a fat burner like hydroxycut hardcore with creatine, nitric oxide and not lose muscle. I am a little confused on this and being a semi novice to the muscle building ranks could use some advice. Please advise and respond thanks, Rob

I am sure that I am fully ready to meet my max potential as I keep pushing forward. 6 weeks to go so we will see how the last half of this program goes. Thats about it for now take care and go Cats!!

I’ve just completed week 1 of my new training regiment and I am sore and elated at the same time. Even though its only been the end of this week I can feel a sense of accomplishment. My lifting partner should as well, he continues to grow and strive at a great pace. I cant wait to get on to next week. Hope you all have a great weekend and if you get a chance please stop by my pics and give a couple a rating even if its not a 10 and tell me what you think. Thanks, Rob

Due to work requirements today I only got in the gym for about 40 minutes and did squats, wall squats, leg curls, deadlifts, and crunches luckily I ran and stationary biked this am for cardio. I need to do more cardio I think I am getting a little too much fat gain. I dont mind a little but a lot sucks. I also need to get back on track eating! Its so frustrating when work gets in the way of working out! Well hey to all reading this keep training. R

Today was a good day. Right now I cant even move my arms and shoulders without being sore which is a good thing. We did four sets of 10 for everything and then i added 21s to the curls which was awesome. Watched the new hulk movie last night; wish i looked like that. Mr. Lou was great in yet another appearance! Well tomorrow is back which for me is never a fun thing but got to plug thru! Thanks too alll that are supporting me during this period of my life! Talk at you later.

I have a guy that I work with that is older. Apparantely he was in a car accident last year and the muscle tissue near his hip has shifted to the left. He asked me what exercise he could do to assist. I have looked on this website and think that some hip flexors may not be the best for him. Not exactly sure what to tell the old guy. Any ideas at all would help especially from any physical therapist types out there. Thanks, Rob

I have been working out like I said for a couple years now. I have also had the opportunity to workout in gyms with different nationalities and different types of folks. The one person that I cant stand is the guy or gal that walks around and watches people workout and then tries to mimic what they do. This really drives me crazy as their form is usually way off they have no plan and they just simply look like an idiot! The second person that I cant stand is the person that is naturally or unnaturally cut but wants to show everyone that they are fit and then wants to "help" you out as he poses in between doing may 2 or 3 exercises. Then there is Mr. or Mrs. Show, this is is the guy or gal that has to make his or her grand entrance in to the gym and make sure they are seen doing a workout. Mind you this individual usually knows what they are doing but they might as well be a rockstar bellowing out lyrics cause this is their show and if you ignore them they are just gonna keep going. So you just have to hope that they find their friend that wants to worship what they do so they get out of your way. Next is the screamer this is the individual who makes a noise with every rep and every set which could be understandable if the weight was heavy but this person is usually doing a very light to medium weight, this to me is the most annoying thing cause it breaks my concentration or my liftiing partners! Finally the worst thing I have ever witnessed is a guy that would walk thru the gym carrying a bag of dorritos and a large candy bar and trying to stare everyone down, claiming to be a powerlifter as he sat on his rear and did nothing for and hour. If you are one of these people and are offended by this maybe you need to take a look around and realize there are folks out there like me in your gym that think your a real dweeb. We dont mind you being there we just wish your habits would cease so we can all have some great workouts and lift some serious weight!
