WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO #2
So when I got serious about making a major change in my life I was at 190lbs and about 28% body fat! Not appealing or satisfactory for a 4′11 young woman! Since that day I have changed my diet, changed my workouts, and changed my outlook on life! It took some time to get used to the adjustments but along the wy I have met some fantastic and very motivational people who have helped me tremendously, more than they probably know! I have always been the type of person who goes all in or not at all because why waist mine and other peoples valuable time if I am just going to HALF ASS IT! Not me! I am still not completley happy with my body but I def. am proud of where am and how far I have come I just a short few weeks (which seemed like reallllllllly long grueling weeks, I try not to sugar caot reality). I have reached my long term goal of making it under 20%body fat and I am still going. I just want to thank all of the people who have encouraged me to keep going and who have been in my life in general since this all started!
