    actually just got started on my page.. I would have to admit that I have no real experience in training. I have been the on again and off again training guy. I know I feel better and look better when I train. The more the better. Just like alot of people I tend to let other things distract me and find excuses to not train. I have made a decision to push through the negative thoughts and hit the gymn 6 days a week.
    I know supplementation is important and have taken quite a few different ones. I also know it is and expensive thing to get and if they aren’t any good than it is a waste of money.
    If anyone has information on really good supplementation that will not rape my bank account feel free to give your input.
    I look for to a new beginning to changing my body to look and feel better.
