Back to the basics
In an attempt to get down to 5% bodyfat, I’m cleaning up my diet hardcore and dropping all supplements aside from whey, multivitamin, and the Thermo-Cuts that I’m trying out right now. I dropped Arginine last week, and I took my last serving of creatine yesterday, so I’m pretty psyched and a little nervous about working out the next couple weeks. I saw some awesome strength gains with the creatine, and I just want to make sure that all my hard work doesn’t go to waste. I’ve been doing a lot more cardio lately and it feels great. So I’m going to take a few weeks off from most of my supplements, try to reduce my carb intake later in the day, and see if I can’t shed a little fat! Wish me luck and I’ll keep you posted!

Sounds good. Got to keep the body guessing. I’m working on getting down to 10 percent BF right now. I am keeping away from the weights all together , for the next 3 weeks. trying to trim down.

have to ask you guys - how are you measuring bf? me and john aren’t really sure what an accurate method is - calipers? i know there are more scientific ways to do it but not really sure. we’d like to get an accurate assessment of our own bf but have no idea the best method to use.
