well! this is my first post and i’m a bit pissed today!! did a weigh-in this morning!! only lost 2.8lb in two weeks!! what’s that all about?????
I’ve been eating clean and excercising like a maniac, but 2.8lb, i’m so dissapointed!! although i am noticing huge changes in the way i look! i am slowly loosing the inches off my waist and i am getting comments on how much thinner my face is looking. The funny thing is i seem to be loosing more off my arms and legs than anywere else!! even though i can see that the muscles in both are more defined than they were before, they seem to be getting smaller even though i know i can lift more weight and i know i am getting much stronger!!!
Oh well!! we’ll see how it goes! (i know muscle weighs more than fat, and i’m telling myself that i must be building muscle!!)
