I need to make a blog about my &amp;amp;#34;legs&amp;amp;#34;.  I get so many compliments on them and I don't see what the big deal is - lol

A 20 minute hill interval and 40 minute glutteal interval program on the treadmill is NOTHING compared to running a half marathon in 2 hours 49 minutes when you weigh 285 lbs.

					<description>225lb squats for 12 are cool but I am more impressed that you did a 20 min hill interval on the treadmill after all that leg work.  Phew!
