really though, 

try a bulk first.  build muscle while gaining weight.  take it to 235 with clean eating and heavy lifting.

then cut with HIIT and German High Rep in alternating months.

at least that's what I've heard will work.

as far as certified, studying is the key.  tests are easy, 50% is your ability to read the question, so do a lot of crosswords, it will keep you sharp.  50% is the ability to reference a text book.  Use the table of contents and index and chapter sub-heads to get to information fast.

you don't actually have to know anything to pass a test, except how to pass a test.</description>
