Pasadena, NPC Junior Cal Competiton

June 19, 2008

This weekend, June 21 there will be a NPC Junior Cal competiton in pasadena, at the city college. Just checkin to see if anyone from Bodyspace will be attending this event. It would be nice too meet and talk to some of the faces i see on a daily basis.

Whats first - bulk up or cut up?

I am currently  6′ 2" 225 lbs with a BF of 20%, my goal is to be 235 lbs with 8% BF. should i first start bulking up, or lower my BF first?
