I just want to go on record now and say Dennis Wolf will win the 2009 Mr. Olympia. Would enjoy to hear a debate on this! Also anyone else going to be at the Olympia?

Fat Burn ‘Zone’ (FBZ) Formula
FBZ = 220 - Age x (60%~75%)
Ex. 220 - 33 = 187X(.60) 0r (.75) = FBZ 112 to 140 Beats Per Minute
Hope this helps some of you.

Well the training I do right now consist splisting up the major muscle groups into 4 workouts ex. Sat - chest and tris Sun - quads, hams, and calves Mon - core work (upper & lower abs, and lower back. Tues - Back and biceps. Wed - rest. Thur - core work. Fri - rest.For the big body parts I do about 3 exercises (making sure to hit all the angles). The first exercise for each muscle group I will do one of 20 and one set of 15 just short of failure to flush blood into that body part. after that I do three more set at max effort between 10 to 6 reps. If I fail to hit 6 on my last set I drop weight until I get at least 6. All of the next exercises will be done with three hard sets. Each muscle gets about 9 working sets. My rest time is just short enough for me to catch my breath between 30 sec. to two mins. Sweet and simple in and out! Depending on the flow and how soon I get the equipment I need Each workout will take between 30 mins to an hour. I hope this can help some.

I was recently on a no to low carb diet. I was probably taking in about 0 to 100 carbs a day. I soon found out how much brain fuction is affected by this. I have a very physical job, tha can be demanding on the body. Now my physical actions were not not affected, but my thinking, thoughts and decision making were. I found myself doing stupid things that I had no excuse for. Things that i had done a million times in my sleep i was now messing up on. I kinda felt like a walking zombie. A few days later I rasied my complex carbs significantly and noticed a big difference. Thankfully things are back to normal. Has anyone else experinced such brain shorts on no to low carb diets?

If anyone has seen the 1975 Mr. Olympia, you can see that Serge Nubret was clearly in better condition than Arnold. This came after Serge was told to lose weight which made him a little smaller compared to Arnold. Never before has Serge showed up to a show out of shape. I feel this was a ploy for arnold to have a story book ending for his last Olympia. What are your thoughts on this?
