1 pound in 1 month
So I have been doing my workouts 6 days a week and eating right with next to no cheating for over a month now. I weigh and measure monthly. At my first weigh in I only lost 1 pound. I did lose a few inches but looking at progress pictures I really do not see much change. I see other people here losing 20 times the amount of weight I lost in one month. I know we are all individuals but I was hoping for more! Just wanted to vent my disappointment but I will keep working hard

Dont get disappointed, this is a long journey! There is no quick fix, you have to find what works for you…once you do things will get rolling.

even though you are eating clean you still might be taking in too many calories…you might want to look at that and figure out exactly how many calories you need to reach your goal!
