1 pound in 1 month
May 17, 2009So I have been doing my workouts 6 days a week and eating right with next to no cheating for over a month now. I weigh and measure monthly. At my first weigh in I only lost 1 pound. I did lose a few inches but looking at progress pictures I really do not see much change. I see other people here losing 20 times the amount of weight I lost in one month. I know we are all individuals but I was hoping for more! Just wanted to vent my disappointment but I will keep working hard
