BRINGING IT BACK

It was leg day today and I did squats for the first time since I injured my back last year. I started at a very light weight of 135lbs, and I plan on staying there until I fill confident enough to move to heavier weights… Im very happy that my back is felling stronger.

New Max!!!

Today I worked by delts and traps harder than I ever have before. I was shrugging my old one rep max of 405lbs, 8 times today and I increased my rear lat raises by 15lbs!!! Today was a really good day.

 

not to mention I did my 20mins of cardio without a problem.

Today I worked by delts and traps harder than I ever have before. I was shrugging my old one rep max of 405lbs, 8 times today and I increased my rear lat raises by 15lbs!!! Today was a really good day.

 

not to mention I did my 20mins of cardio without a problem.

Disappointed

September 15, 2008

I haven’t been doing my cardio as much as I should due to the fact I haven’t had much time off work. I’ve been working nonstop because of these hurricanes we’ve been having lately and I haven’t been running as much as I should….Today after my back and arm workout I tried to do my normal 20min at 7.5mph and it was just not happening for me. After about 12min I was cramped up so bad I had to call it quits for the day. I’m so disappointed in myself right now…

As of in tomorrow morning I’m going to start my cardio again and try to get back to were I need to be.

New Supplements

About a month or so ago I made  the change from Muscle Tech products(Cell Tech, Nitro Tech, and Nano Vapor) to BSN(Cell Mass, NO explode). In my change I have found that BSN products are easier on the stomach than Muscle Tech but both products seem to work pretty well. I have to say I have more of a pump, and more energy with BSN.Im curious about  other supplements but I dont want to blow money on stuff that does not work. So if anyone could recomend any supplements or has comments please share…

Change in supplements

I decided to switch my creatine brand after this last cycle of Cell-tech to Cell-mass. I was on Cell tech for about three or four months and I seen some alright results, then I got off all N.O.s’ and creatines all together,but I figure might-as-well try new things. If anyone has and info on Muscle tech or BSN products please share.
