Ok, heres what I had for one of my snacks today. I really don’t like the taste of tuna so I usually find something to mix it with to kill the flavor such as adding mustard or bbq sauce. Once I made tuna burgers, which I really like, it’s the only way I eat tuna now.
Ingredients: can of tuna, 2tbsp bbq, 1/4 cup egg white, 1 serving panko breadcrumbs, chopped onions.
Nutritional Info: 315kcal, 2.5g Fat, 25g Carbs, 49g Protein, 3g Sugar

So today I decided to try protein pancakes for the first time! Today was a low carb day, so I didn’t add any oatmeal or the like.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 scoop of banana creme protein
- 1 large whole egg
- 1/4 cup of egg whites
- cinnamon sprinkled on top while cooking
Nutritional Info:
280 kcal, 6g Fat, 6.5g Carbs, 48g Protein, 1.5g Sugar.
Overall, the pancake was pretty good and a excellent source of protein. Not something you would get at IHOP but I will definitely be making them again. Next time I will be adding oats and possibly some banana, I bet these ingredients will make them delicious.

For this month I am going to cycle my carbs as follows: 2 days low, 2 days high, 2 days low…etc.
Daily Intake
Protein: 205-270g
Carbs: 75 low, 150 high, certain days will be as low as 50g
Fats: 40-80g
