April 11, 2008

Wow, i just looked at my last post and it was back in Jan. i was suppossed to start a am pm training split and that did not work. we have been exhausted with the arrival of our newborn son. for the last 6 days now i have been hitting the gym with fury. ooooooooowwwwwwwwww 09%^&$^%#% am I in pain. hey NO PAIN NO GAIN. i will begin the AM PM training split tomorrow and tonight before going to the gym i will post my begging statsand pics. i have not lost any size i think, but i will check tonight when i post my pics and compare myself. i am on a 12 week training program to beef up, lean I mean. so i hope to gain about 13 lbs. and lose about 1-2% of bodyfat. wish me luck.

Updating my Stats

January 21, 2008

Today I am updating my stats and i am kind of nervous. I pose this question to anyone who may know. how often should one measure onself. i think about every two weeks or so. i have one of those scales that take the bF% and mine has been dropping pretty good. it said the other day like 10 % so we will see where i am today. Wish me luck everyone and good luck to all of you going through the strugles with me.

Cardio ?

January 5, 2008

Hey, I am here to learn just like everyone else. i had a question to ask about cardio. when is it too much. I want to compete eventually (sooner than later) but i want to gain anywhere from 15-35 lbs i am taking supplement and other stuff (LOL). to gain mass and size. but i dont wnat to get FAT. so now i am doing 25-40 min of high interval cardio a day, everyday. i was told by a trainer just do 10-15 min 2-3 times a week, he said eat like crazy and get lots of sleep. i know this will help me grow, but i dont want to get FAT. if you look at my progress pics you will see why. i cant take all forms of critisism as lon as it is genuine. anyways ever bit helps so if you have competed or know those who have, any info would be helpful. thank you

Today I resume my workouts. I am back on track. kind of messed up during the holidays. seemed to get lazy. I’m not really excited about working out today

Haven’t written since last year. LOL

January 2, 2008

Well its 08 and another new years resolution for us to *&%($ UP. To me the reason most of us dont stick to our resolutions is that we put way to much preasure on our selves and set unrealist goals. the reason we write or say a new year resolutions is that we pick the most extream changes that we our fed up with. after years and years of tormenting ourselves weather it be precrastination or weight loss or muscle gain or whatever it is that we feel minisculed by, we say thats it no more it will change right now. Dont take me wrong this is a great thing to want to change for the better. but be realistic. take things one day at a time. reward yourslef for each day. you deserve it. Think of every day as your first and last day on earth. what do you want out of life and how do you want to live it. NO REGRETS. The reason for bodybuilding is a healthy beautiful lifestyle a great choice, but to beat yourself if you miss your target goal is just a setup for failure. be realistic and love each day for what it is a new begining. take care HAPPY NEW YEAR

Happy Holidays

December 24, 2007

hello everyone out there. tis the season for cheating, NOT. becarefull out there everyone is always trying to stuff something fattning in your face and say it will be OK. ladies this is not what your thingking.LOL  i hate people saying just a little wont hurt. yes it might, especially to your self esteam. the way i do it is i plan it and make it y choice. success is measured iin accomplishments. if you say you sill do something, do it. if you do it it goes as a win. if you dont you feel somewhat at a loss. so if someone say it wont hurt but ou know it will and you do it , you may feel like you let some else tae control of your life for that moment(a loss). but if you plant you take control of your destiney . good luck to all and happy holidays
