I did a personal best in my bench yesterday. I did on flat bench 240 8 reps and on incline bench 180 8 reps. Both personal best lifts for me. Also on my fly’s I did incline, decline and flat fly’s 35 pounds each rep of 15. Also a best. I had a great week. I feel really strong. My weight is still at 193. I haven’t been able to break that number,…..yet. I’m very happy with how my lifting is going this week.

Ok, I’ve been in the gym all week. Lifting heavy and light. Going in on different day’s instead of my usual. This is because I’ve had errands and work. Great week. I feel strong and have matained my weight. Ok, not much to say. Next week I’ll be going at it hard. Trying to bring my fat down so I’ll stick to my diet and I’ll be in the gym doing cardio.

Ok, here it is. Another Friday. Another week of working out and feeling great. My weight is 193 this morning. I feel strong and tight and I posted new pics this week. I can totally see the difference from the last pics through now. This weeks working out was great. I had a good time doing it. Ok, there it is. I’ll continue doing what I’m doing and I’ll change it up when it stops working for me. So for the second week in a row my weight has stayed the same. I’m not trippin on it for the weight I have left to lose is the last 10 pounds before shed so I expect it to be a little hard. I’ll just keep pluggin away at it.

Hmmmmm, I’ve stayed at my current weight. I was (at my lowest last week) 192. My diet is still the same and my routine has been a little different in regards to the day’s I workout because my schedual has changed, so Im in on different days of the week. I still feel really good though. Right now my goal is to shred up my abs and develop them. If anyone reading my threads know how to achieve muscle growth in the ab area please hit me up. I’m doing ab exercises now and I want to hear from others what they’ve done that has worked for them. I feel good this week. I’ve added weight onto my lifts. On the sitting row I did 205, and the pulldown I did 205. On my decline bench I did 160 and I added weight to my incline bench and did 150. I"ve never done that before and I could have added more. I have yet to do legs this week and shoulders. I’ll do those on the weekend or maybe today. I’m not sure yet as my work schedual is still undetermined until latter. Ok, I hope that you all are achieving your goals.

Finally got over that stupid cold. It was nice though in regards that my body really did need a rest. So that is what I did. I gained a couple pounds back so now Im at 197, but thats cool. I went to the gym this week 3 days. I’ve had some great workouts. I added weight to my incline press, I did more then I’ve ever done and my decline press. I also did more weight on my lat pulldown. So, overall I’m happy with this week. I expect to go at it hard next week and beyond. I’ll post new pics latter this month. I was gonna do it last week but with being sick I’m not happy with how I look and I wanna get pumped some before I picture it.

Since Jan of 2007 I have burned 53 pounds of fat, gain a grip of muscle. I’m just wondering what I want to do for the new year? What new goals do I have,hmmmmmm……for sure to continue to gain muscle, in all areas of my body and to continue to shred it up. To make my muscles as tight, hard and define as possible. I want to achieve a really strong, powerful overall strength and health. I want my energy level to go through the roof and to continue to climb. Ok, this sounds good for now. Yes, it just keeps on getting better and better. I am now down to 193. I have been sick for the last two weeks and haven’t step a foot in the gym, besides trying to stay well, I’ve had to work and move. Man, talk about a bad time to do all of this stuff. I am finally feeling better and should be back to normal health by Monday? That is my hope at least. I’ll have to wait and see. I expect to get back in the gym to do something at the very least by Monday. So, ok. I’m feeling pretty good this morning and am happy to be alive.

Ok, another week of sucess. I’m now down to 195. So, now the goal is 190. My goal is not the weight, but the abs. Thats what I’m shooting for right now, and I’ll keep on it until they are there. My workouts have stalled this week. I’ve been sick, so I’ve not been in the gym. I’m eating and staying as healthy as I can. Ok, I hope you all have a great week and a Merry Christmas. I workout and improve my body to better serve Christ, and this is the REAL reason we have Christmas anywase. To celebrate the birth of my savior Jeusus Christ. Love to all.
