Bench Best
I did a personal best in my bench yesterday. I did on flat bench 240 8 reps and on incline bench 180 8 reps. Both personal best lifts for me. Also on my fly’s I did incline, decline and flat fly’s 35 pounds each rep of 15. Also a best. I had a great week. I feel really strong. My weight is still at 193. I haven’t been able to break that number,…..yet. I’m very happy with how my lifting is going this week.

Hey rick…Man you are strong! 240 for 8 is very good for anyone, but you’ve only been pumping the iron for a year! WOW!!! That shows real dedication brotha!
