A training blog thingy

I know this sounds dumb, but I’m excited that my chest grew from like 93cm - 97cm in as much as 7weeks. I can’t really see results, but I know that as long as I keep measuring every saturday morning, I will continue to see results on the measuring stick. Who knows, one day it might hit the 100cm mark (40") or my goal 105cm mark (42") at under 10%bf.

Yay!
