After starting the iforce gear attack stack, my workouts are more intense and focused. I feel much stronger maybe it is just my mind telling me but I believe that the supplements and the extra protein have done a lot to help me over the hump. I am not losing the weight as I’d like but maybe it is being replaced with lean muscle.(HOPEFULLY) I do feel more energy throught my days and I attest that to my workouts. I have 6 weeks til my leave so I have to get things in order there as I get closer to going home. I have to have my protein drinks andwhat ever supplements needed to tide me over while I am there.
I do hope this holiday season brings joy, happiness, togetherness and forgiveness to all of the people who read my blogs if any do. this is away for me to track my progress and the tings I do in persuit of my goals in fitness. It helps to focus my attention on my workouts so I can see the things I am doing right or wrong. One thing though all of you ladies I read a book about the G-spot , called Female ejaculation and the G-spot in the book it says that it is healthy andd you should try to have the powerful G-spot orgasms as often as you can. So get your partners to read it and learn how to help you acheive the utlimate orgasm for your health.

the firist workout after the start of the Iforce gear attack stack was great, my pump lasted until 4-5 hours later. I sleep well for the first time in a while. Tonogte though I’ll just do the non weight exercises and cardio trying some thing else I have been stagnent latly and I need to kick it back up. My muscles feel full today maybe from the workout yesterday and maybe the supplements but it feels real good. My waist is starting to shrink more, I mean the skin is starting to tighten up some along with my weight loss. I have 8 weeks with the Gear attack stack so we’ll see how good it is.
My protein intake is around 200grams a day from some solid food but alot from shakes. I am very low on carbs and fats the fats are from the canned salmon and tuna so that is good. I do wish I had started this earlier I had the knowledge but was so damn lazy and depressed. I think my laziness was from my depression and depression was from laziness if you can understand that, it was like I couldn’t have one without the other. Now I look foward to my workout like I did when I was a teen.
Still looking into the relationship of working out and extreme horniness, I mean the more I workout the hornier I get so I keep doing it with no release here in Iraq it is self torture, Can’t wait to get home. It is like I have revitalized myself or turned back the clock. If I am not thinking about a workout or supplements I think about sex it is funny I haven’t been like this since High School. But it’s ok I’ll just keep on pushing my self to attain my goals and achieve the best shape I can get.
My transformation has a lot of the people I work with asking for my help and advice all I do is direct the to bb.com unless I know the answer for them or I’ll look it up on this site and print it for them.

I am starting the i force Gear attack stack tomorrow. We will see the progress it brings. Also starting new protein the ORYX goat whey, I took a taste test and it is pretty good taste like Chocolate milk no funny after taste. The workouts will stay the same they seem to be working so if it ain’t broke don’t mess with it. I have taken a few days off and not worked out been going strong non stop for 30days I needed a rest but I feel so damn guilty not doing any resistance just light cardio. Can’t lose sight of the prize the new me is coming.

I have about 2 more months til I going on leave. the build up is very stressfull. I workout harder now in the hopes that I reach my goal. I have a ways to go but I think I can do it. I have to do more cardio to get myself as lean as I can before I go. I am already much lighter and alot less stressed then when I got here. one of the biggest pitfalls is the food is not worth eating even for a dog. I eat canned food like it is going out of style. Working out makes you hungry and all I have is canned chicken breast, turkey breast, salmon, and tuna along with protein shakes. yes it has done the job so far and I pray that it continues to work.
During the last few months I have been getting in more and more workouts and studying, most of what I do work out wise and studying centers around sex as do most people who workout it is for sex appeal, or to look good to their intended mate. Also all of this working out makes you horny, why because work outs raise the free testostorne in one body and that is what controls your sex drive. So to insure a pleasurable and non boring sexual relationship you have to exercise, stretch, relax, eat right and build strength in the right muscles and your brain. You also have to know how to please your mate in the best ways possible. So read up on what it takes, be it male or female that you seek to please know the human body and how to satisfy it to the fullest of your capabilities and be passionate in your quest to develope your body , brain and sexual knowledge. Aim to please yourself but first your mate.
Anybody reading this please leave comments, I would love to hear what others have to say.

My weight loss to date is over 50lbs since I was deployed. I had to take a few days off from working out oh I did some but nothing like I normally did. I did what is called wall walking , where you hand walk a wall backwards down til your head touches the ground and back up. I did that 12 times then did my standard back/neck bridge. then did a few push ups and sit ups only 75 each for the past 3 days. I also did a lot of stretching to limber up my back, I sleep on a military cot and my back is starting to tighten up. Can’t wait to get back home to sleep on a real bed.
Tomorrow I will raise my cardio time up to 45 minutes a day and eat cleaner to kick up my metabolism to burn off even more fat. I am also going to add more exercises to my total body bowflex workout. so I am not doing just one exercise per body part like I have been. Even though I do upwards of 100 reps I need to hit it with different angles to properly stimulate the muscle and to burn more fat.
I have been reading a lot more on exercise and sex and the benefits of both, well I understand the benefits of exercise right now but for sex their is none (supposedly) in a combat zone but I also know that when you do have sex it is like exercising since both release endorphins( feel good ) enzymes and hormones. So keep on working out and if you are having sex use condoms to protect you and whom ever you are with unless in a monogamis relationship.

Today I added Bowflex to my workouts I’ll be doing it like the commercial says 3 times a week, but I’ll do a whole body workout each day, the other days will be my normal workout and cardio. Though I am not one to follow the 3-4 set rule I am doing 50- 100 reps per exercise on the Bowflex also we have the Bowflex dumbells and I will use them every other weight workout so my body stays in a state of confusion. I don’t want it to get used to one particular workout so each one will be a change up. The Bowflex workout gives a great pump, I was pumped up for about 3 hours after my workout my muscles felt so full and tight I could feel the blood flow. I felt really good and satisfied from this workout I know it won’t add a whole lot of mass since it is not heavy weight only 210 lbs of tension, But I am looking for the lean physique not the heavy muscled one I strived for in my youth. Everybody is starting to remark and question how I am losing so much weight, I just say it’s through hard work and nutrition.
Our Thanksgiving meal was nothing worth eating actually in all my years in the Army it was the worse meal ever. Nothing was edible not even for a pig which a pig will eat anything. It was a let down so now I know for me to get anything decient it has to be sent from home. I have to stick with canned foods that I have been eating the past 3-4months, since it doesn’t bloat me or make me sick to my stomach I also have to drink more water but it already is the only thing I drink besides the protein shakes. Giving up carbonated beverages has helped me to lose quite a lot of fat and the bloated feeling you get from drinling any carbonated drink.

With the addition of my new mini stepper I have lost another 1.25 inches off my waist and gone down to 14.2% BF I am starting to see results but the best part is others are now commenting on my progression from obese to now becoming leaner. One of the people I work with everyday said that it shows in my body, face and attitude how well I am doing.
my workouts are getting better I am getting a lot more flexible and stronger. Though I am not seeing the defination I can and do feel a lot better. During my bridging when I first started I could only rest on top of my head for about 30 seconds now I can hold or roll around to touch my lips to the mat and stay in that position continously for 3 minutes. My push ups have gone up as well as how many squats I can do before exhaustion.
Pain has gone from my knees and back, where I used to hurt all of the time when walking it only happens when I run or jump. I sleep more when I workout and I am more relaxed during the day to day business. I still have a long way to go but progress is what motivates you to continue.
I have added protein to supplement my lack of decient food over here I consume 6-7 meals or shakes a day and that seems to help me shead BF I feel very good from all that I am doing and pray that I never lose my desire and motivation to achieve my goals.

Today I went on the web site www.healthcentral.com to the area for cholestrol to check my body fat % well before I was going by guestimated from previous Army checks and I did my original one from when I deployed which my guess was at 32% and the when I started on my quest I figured Iwas down to 28%. Well according to thier calculations my actual start was at 21% and now I am at 15.7% and that is alot better than what I thought.
My original reason for losing the weight was to try to get promoted but now it is just the joy of being in shape again. I don’t worry about getting promoted I am satisfied with the rank I have achieved, what matters to me is being healthy and fit, my wife and children and finishing my time in the military and going home.
My new mini stepper arrived today so now I can do cardio once again. I have been looking foward to it since one of the other NCO’s broke my last one now nobody get to use this one but me. And I can finally see more results in my fat lose quest.
This a good thing I write in this more than my training calender. Also started Syntrax Nectar protein and it is by far the best tasteing protein supplement I have ever tasted. I fyou have the money try it.My workouts will be the same bodyweight but I get to add cardio into the mix, I ‘m happy now.

Today I did 250 no weight hindu squats, 2 3minute neck bridges where I touched my nose on the floor on the first one and my lips on the second one, I did 75 no momentum situps then I did the front plank pose held it for 1.45 minutes then I put two chairs up and put my feet on 1 and my head on the other one and held my self ridged for 2 minutes. Todays workout was concentrating on the lower body and abdominal areas alos on the neck and upper back. I am working out to get inshape as I was when I was a high school wrestler. I do want to lose body fat and transform my body to that of an athletic person, I am striving to sculpt my physical appearence to look fit.
My diet is now 6 meals a day actually it is 4 actual meals and 2 protein shakes I do feel a lot more enrgy and a lot stronger so my workout are getting better and they are lasting longer.
Tomorrow is upper body push ups of various styles , Hindu pushups, chair dips, close grip push ups, wide arm pushups, then I’ll do resistance band chest flyes, tricep extenisons, bicep curls, one arm rows and shrugs all for 100 reps. I will do 50 hindu squats, heel raises, the neck bridges front and back then stretch for about 45 minutes. I’ll keep updating on my progress my body feels a lot better then it did before I started this program.

Over the past week or so I had a couple consecutive days where I could not sleep. Being over in Iraq it’s not unusual to go sleepless but on these days I had not workout either, last night I did a workout and low and behold my sleep was great. I work the night shift for 12 hours and usually I workout right after everybody leaves so I don’t get interupted. since my workout is all bodyweight exercises and there isn’t much room. I use my space and time wisely to keep awake so working out keeps the blood flowing so one doesn’t fall asleep will missions are going on. I ordered a mini stepper to help with my cardio program low impact trying to keep knee pain to a minimum. I tried the skipping rope but the impact bothers my knees. I am still making progress just not as fast not enough protein in my diet yet, though I did order some it’s on its way I’ll give commentary on how well it helps me to achieve my goals. I try to eat as clean as possible but army food is army food it is not called a messhall for nothing. I mostly consum canned meats and fish, lots of water salads no dressing and a fiber drink every 2-3 days to stay regular.
In January of this year my body weight was at 285lbs, waist was 48.5 inches and I was depressed. Depressed because I had gotten so fat and I had another deployment coming up but instead of working out I drank beer, ate crappy foods, and sat on my growing fat but. That changed when I got to Iraq with no TV to watch no beer the only other problem is still have crappy foods to eat. But now I workout aas often as I can trying to surpass the last record number of consecutive days of workouts before I take a break. I do light days and failure days where I push my sel beyond what I expect to do ie; if I say I’ll do 100 pushups and I do 125 because i still had it in me i’ll push til I drop, thats part of my motivation to keep going beyond what I have done in the past.
I expirement of food and sleep vs energy and power if i stick with my canned foods though they are not fresh it’s better then what I am served i have power as the energy for me to get energy I have to continue working out so I can sleep so I have energy. Sounds almost like the drug commercial I do more so I can work longer so I do more… well that is how i get my sleep and energy I get them both the same way by body movement and food.
