well my time in Iraq has ended and I am home now. Pinched some nerves in my neck back, and shoulder last month my workouts now are cardio and leg work can’t do any upper body work I can’t even do a push up. I have been in traction and now they don’t or have not decided what to do yet so I just do my leg work and cardio every day on the cardio and every other day on the leg work but I look at it this way it will help my legs to catch up to my upper body and get me symetrical instead of having a larger upper body than my lower body. Damn it is great to be home after 15 months.

Starting April 1st I will be trying Biogenitics supplement pack it is for 28 days, I am just researching to see what will work fast for me so I can relay it to those who have questions.

I have been in class the last 2 weeks so I haven’t had time to write but still workout, though it has been 3 exercises in the am 100 each pushup, stiup and body weight squats. Then at night I stretch and shadow box for a 1/2 hour to unwind. I truly cant wait to get on aregular schedule, but in the Army and deployed that is very hard so you do it when you can with what is at hand, if you are lucky enough to live on the FOB’s you have time and schedule’s that allow you that time and equipment also some food.

Just a little longer and this will end, the other day we hit 4000 American service members lost, I hope not in vain and I pray that we can do them honor and make them proud of the sacrifice.

Work hard (including exercise) eat clean rest & relax enjoy life to all those who read this blog. Also love as hard as if you have no tomorrow because you never know what lies in store for you. Show your families love and respect it comes bak to you.

Well leave is over and I have returned to hell, actually it is a place that you can put your mind and body to test after test and work both to prime condition. My only workout have been push ups and squats no numbers just time 10 minutes of doing them, I do push up til I can’t push and take a break stretch the start over until I reach 10 minutes and I body weight squat for 10 minutes straight. It will be that way until my travel is up it is a hard workout so try it you’ll see what you are made of. But I can’t wait to get to the weights I have been thinking my workouts through trying to find the key to my transformation and unlock my true potential. Airline food is not good if you want to eat clean all is very high in sodium and carbs I swell up after every flight how do they and the fast food industry get away with killing with out being charged with premeditated murder? Can somebody answer that? Well all please wish me luck in completeing my goals and producing the best me possible, also if you pray keep all of us service people in your prayers so we come home soon with all limbs and minds intact.

I am still working out, I have been doing boxing cardio, 3 min. rounds on the bags, speed, accuracy, and heavy bags, then do push ups, sit ups, squats I do 4 rotations of each. I have not been to a gym since I got home but like I stated you don’t need to lift to build/lose weight it helps a lot and I love it but when no gym you do what you can.

I go back in 9 days, so my progress will get better, The Iforce gear attack stack worked really well but I will return to MHP for a while to give my body a change since both brands seem to work for me I will alternate between the two. The only protein I seem to be able to stick with is Voy-TEch Orxy goat whey . I am Lactose intolerant and this is the best I have tasted and used. It is on back order for now so I’ll be reordering later.

My wife and children were amazed when they saw me get off the airplane at the transformation, I have shrunk my gut down some but I want more, my arms have grown as well as my legs both thighs and calves, I plan to reshape and define my self even more before I return home again.

i head home for leave this week, I did my last workout for a few days today it was a total body session on the bowflex. I got a really good full body pump, I have been doing it every third day with two days rest in between and it seem to be working really well, I have gained 10 pounds in the last 2 months from the Iforce gear stack my muscles are harder and am starting to see some definition not as much as I want but I’ll get there, "Rome wasn’t built in a day" I also ran out of protein, I have been on the Vyo Tech Orxy "Goat Whey" it seem to be very good and no lactose no bloating or cramping up from the lactose. My workout ended 2 hours ago and I am still pumped so it must be working, right now I am off the cycle from the Iforce gear stack now only using the Humanatest from Iforce, that will be until I come back from leave then I will go back to MHP I liked the progress from the Iforce but I have used MHP longer and have had better results overall with MHP products. I will load more photos when I get home for the progress section so you can see the difference.

I am still at it just not as much progress as I would like. I have raised my water intake to 7ltrs a day, my workouts with the bowflex are 3 days a week cardio has not been much lately though I have been walking a lot more in the cold of Iraq. I am still doing the combat conditioning 3 days a week so I am always doing something, also raised my protein intake and kept my carbs the same but cycling them from low to moderate never high. because everytime I eat high carbs I get extremly tired an hour afterwards. So therefore I know they are not good for me. If you get tired after eating you either ate too much or the wrong foods. After my work outs I have a shake with 8 ounces of gatorade and 60 grms protein,Voy Tech"ORXY" Goat whey. It really helps to fuel my muscles. The Goat whey is because I am lactose intolerent and there is not lactose in the goat protein.I haven’t checked my weight or taken measurements lately waiting til I get home on leave next month and I’ll post those and new progress Photos. I plan on doing boxing cardio while on leave along with going to a gym to do the weights hopefull it will rejuvinate me to get closer to my goals. Also will have my wife working out with me she says it’s away to be together so we’ll see. It will be hard for me since I am not used to having a partner to workout with.

This year I have the same goals to lose as much body fat as I possibly can and build some more lean muscle. I have the goal the plan and the knowledge. I need more desire also better diet but I have to make do with the food the Army and KBR give us to eat which has very low to no nutritional value. I do have the supplements and some of the foods I get sent , canned meats ie; tuna, chicken, turkey, and salmon. I eat 5-8 meals a day mostly high protein. I am pushing my work out program I wil start to do 3 sets 50 rep on each exercise and then up it to 6 sets 50 reps on the exercises, this is for Bowflex on my calistantic exercises I just do until I can do no more reps then I am done still doing cardio on my stepper but now twice a day.
