Long Time No Blog
Who needs a blog on bb.com when you have a full journal in the contest prep section? Well, I might as well post an update here as well. I am seven weeks out from my WNBF debut at the Mid-America Pro competition. To add to the excitement, my training partner James McGuire is also competing to win his pro card after coming so close last year. God has blessed my prep maximizing my short six month offseason to be more productive than ever and I’m on track to come in SUPER shredded. James is also much thicker. Amen!
