Is it bad to . . . .

come back later in the day and finish your workout? 

 I usually get up at 4 to be at the gym at 430 so I can get there before the rest of the base does but apparently the rest of the base is figuring this out and now these *******s are showing up earlier and earlier to sit on machines and stares at them.

 I get through

PullUps

Pulldowns

Rows

Stiffleg Deadlifts  . . . and I wait . . . . and  i wait and the clown on the pulldown machine is still staring at his 40 lbs . . . .

I mean Im not mocking his weight i remember when I was doing that but I mean what about the damn weight has you staring at it. . . . its only 40 lbs . . . . .

So i move on to back extensions . . . come back a few minutes later and . . . . . another tard doing the same thing . . . Ok maybe im blowing this out of proportion a little but the reason I wake up so damn early is because I hate waiting on people.

 I still had close pulldowns and T-bar rows left so . . . . . . is it OK to come back later in the day and finish those off and maybe throw in a few light back excercises or do i wake up at 330 and hope the rest of the base doesnt catch on and start showing up earlier?

I noticed that when I work out at the gym at work my squats and my deadlifts feel better and I usually have more on the bar and go longer.  The only diffrence I can think of is that I feel alot more stable wearing my combat boots.  Ive seen a couple of guys actually wear there boots to the gym to squat and deadlift back when I was at Kunsan and then change to regular shoes when they are done with that part of their work out.  Is this a good thing or should I NOT be doing this?

On the Road again

Well im not on the road anymore but I have been, Ive been out of the gym for like a month and a half now and it hasnt been feeling good for the first few times . . . shit i tried to squat last weekend and ive been walking like a old man up until today.  So I took 30 days of leave between my old base and my new base and got married on the way and of course thanxgiving . . so with all that going on there wasnt much time for the gym, just alot of eating and XXX . . lol.  So time to get back into it.  Hows everyone else been?

Anyone have any idea?

So . . . im trying to get bigger now.  I was getting bigger for a while. I went from a lean mass of 125 to 136  . . overall im 167 lbs which puts me about at about 19% bodyfat.  Im not even worried about the bodyfat I cut down all the calories and ran all the time like i use to i could lose it quick but i want to get bigger.  So the Question . . Ive been maintaining a diet of about 2000 calories a day and I was advised to start multiplying my LBM by 18 and periodically readjust.  So right now Id be going from 2000 to about 2413 calories a day.  Anyone have any idea if thats a good start?  Any other tips or ideas?

All the leg work outs and the Robobrace paid off.  After getting bored of caving in my room yesterday I went running without my brace.  I ran the whole 5 miles of the flightline without stopping or any pain.  My knee felt a lil tough at the end but no pain.  I figure a few more weeks of wearing the brace and the leg work outs and itll be as good as new.

Robo Leg

So after much denial and stubborness I put the big black monster thing on my knee . . . I got this knee brace because my knee hurts from time to time running . . especially longer distances.  I look like I have a cyborg leg.  I ran with it today though I planned on doing 3 miles but after making it to the 1.5 mile turn around and my knee still felt good I kept going out to the 2 mile point and turned around . . made it all the way back.  4 miles in about 35 minutes and my knee had no pain . . . just took some getting use to at first.  Sweet.

Decisions Decisions

So sittin on post in a hummer all day with MREs around u is detrimental  . . If I got up off my ass 2wice yesterday it was alot and yesterday I gave in to the MRE monster and chowed on a metric shit ton of snacks . . . . yeah I know real bad . . . but when you got nothing to do except sleep and eat . . . and you cant get back to sleep . . . well you can guess what happens.

So My decision is I got less then 60 days until my goal mark and I know this damn Excercise is gonna set me back at least 2 lbs . . so Im going to go down a bit in calories.  I was doing:

LBM x 15 +200 for daily intake and doing fine but with time getting so close im gonna go down to

+100 and then in the last 30 days just

LBM X 15 = Daily Calories

Once my girl leaves though Im going to pay more attention to everything and start the calories going back up . . I want to at least gain 10 lbs of muscle by the time I leave this shithole.

April Excercise

Damn Base Excercises . .. .. . . so I have sat on my ass for 17 hours a day for the last 3 days now . . . these things come around and I just sit all day . . .in a Hummer . . . doing nothing. .. . . somehow they tell me my job is important . . I can practice doing nothing in my room.

So I weighed myself just for the hell of it this morning . . 169 .. . I wonder how much of that extra 5 lbs is shit I havent shit out since MREs always stop me up . .  and how much is fat from doing nothing all week . . . I did lower my calories like 200 less per day since we arent doing nothing . . I wonder if it helped at all . . . thank God there wont be another one of these Excercises until July

So . . . a 4 day Excercise turned into a 7 day one . .

So not only did I play cop for 16 hours a day but instead of 4 days it got extended out to 7 . .. and living off MREs that whole time is hard, trying to piece together something good from diffrent ones . . and staring at the Skittles like they are crack . .  . . . mmmmm crack . . . .well at least i didnt gain anyweight .. .
