September 13, 2008Started step 3 in my workout starts (warmup w/ chest workout 100lbs 4 set7 then to Lying cable row for triceps 4-sets 5 then into rev,curl row 4of 5 then filp on bench and straight arm overhead pulls 5 sets of 5 then into lundges using the cables 5-sets 8 then work the upper back and lower
