Creatine Charged Workout and Diet.
AH another beautiful day here in northern California! Yesterday I got my packages including my creatine!! I started taking it yesterday and whoa, I can already see the results! This morning while I was having my wonderful oatmeal with protein powder and a few raisins, I reached over to touch my arm....it was HARD! I wanst even flexing! How cool was that!? So I took my creatine before I headed to the gym. Focused on deltoids, triceps, and chest. Did about 9 different exercises including machines and dumbbells. Of course.....surrounded by guys....but I was fitting right in. My triceps were popping so much! I was kinda bashful because of how big they are naturally and they were bigger than a few of the guys that were working out around me lol. I was very pleased how my muscles looked, reflected the fact that I HAVE been working on them. And the end of the workout I felt great! I ran back to my car (since I cant park in the parking lot) and I see a flipping tow warning on my car! WTF! I guess Ill have to ride my bike to the gym now, UGH. I may do some cardio tonight....not alot, probably 30 mins or so. I DID put in an hour plus as the gym....dont wana over do it.
As for my diet I already explained my breakfast. I also orded 2 different boxes of Labrada Lean Body bars, and OMG, I just had my smore cookie bar. You pop it in the mircowave and its seriously like a fresh baked cookie. Soft and ooie-gooie. I LOVE COOKIES, its a weakness of mine, and it was filled with melted chocolate chips mmmmm. It was VERY sweet too. It felt like I ate 4 cookies after I was done with it. This will be an awesome bar for me when I have that sweet tooth. It does have 360 calories in it but the 30 grams of protein helps a lot. Those will be a once in a while thing.
Rest of the diet for today:
2:00 4 egg whites and vanilla protein shake with almond milk
4:00 Sweet potato and a chicken breast
6:30 turkey lean cuisine with a big side of veggies
total calories 1530. total grams of protein 148.
whoa i just got my package in from northern cali too! mine's greener and smells better than yours. try buffered creatine - kre-alkalyn. it is not counter acted by caffiene or other fat burnerd, does not convert to creatanine and is way easier on the stomach. i am not a sales rep and have not been renumerated by krealk in any fashion. have a nice day.
I've been considering adding creatine to my workout diet myself, until now I've only used protein shakes. Looks like I might have to order some creatine and try it out myself. Thanks for the info!
