Just ended week 5 and I had a big weight loss of pounds in one week. I started at 255 and I'm at 240 now and I'm almost halfway through my transformation. Workouts are going great and I've been doing cardio twice a day for a week and am going to keep it up
It's been 3 weeks since starting my Transformation challenge and I feel great. I've dropped only 5 pounds total so I have to re-evaluate where I'm going wrong and step it up. My training and meal plan is laid out so I know it has to be my cardio slowing me down.
I can see cand feel changes in my body and clothes but it's not good enough. gotta do this damn thang
