Fortunately, I still kept up on my protein intake and did some exercises outside of gym, pushups, situps, squats, barbell curls and such. Unfortunately, I got some weird ass flu-like sickness, so I feel even more like shit. That explains today’s low lifts. I should be ready to rock within another day or two.

As a result, I kindly ask that when you do take the time to look at my pics, mentally add another 10 or so ’sexy points’ before you do anything like, oh, I don’t know, rate my pictures maybe. If it’s not too much trouble of course.

Well, I’m basically done bulking (for now) since I’m done with the Methyl 1-D/Liquid Masterdrol/I-GH-1 cycle and have reached my target weight of 200 lbs. and am now trying to maintain my gains through the next four weeks with LG’s Formadrol Extreme and Trib Extreme. I have noticed a difference since I stopped taking the other stuff…it’s hard to explain, I just FEEL it. I also feel as though the supps I’m taking now are a lot less harsh on my body and are taking less of a toll on my insides. I’ve also noticed a significant increase in appetite frequency which is definitely a plus, provided I’m eating right, which goes without saying. Besides all that, my goal is to continue training as normal, although I have decided moved on to a 5×5 routine. After this four weeks, I plan to move onto cutting, which will consist of a reduced-calorie diet which is still high in protein, as well as pre-lifting cardio.

I’ve read a lot of reviews claiming awesome pumps, increased vascularity, a warm tingling sensation, etc. Today was my first workout without taking it and I didn’t notice any differences. So what does everything else think? Did I just have a bad experience with Nitric Oxide, or is it one of those things that’s not for everyone? Or is it just one of those products that’s overhyped?

It looks like my weight is going up and I’ll definitely be able to break the 200 lbs. mark by the end of my LM/M1D/IGH1 cycle. I’ve received a lot of great advice from people telling me to eat more, comsumer 1-2g of protein per poud of body weight to gain weight and things like that and I thank you all for that. One thing I should say is that even though I’ve gained 5 lbs. since I started seriously training and taking supplements, prior to all of that I change my diet to a high calorie, high protein diet back in May. At that time I weighed about 179. So in all actuality, I’ve gained something like 18 lbs. Around August as I really get underway with my cutting cycle we’ll see how much of it is truly lean muscle mass (hopefully most).

Well, for those of you who read my bad experience blog with LM this is for you. I was reading the LM bottle label and realized that I probably got sick this morning because I was taking WAY too much! I misread the label and was taking 2 TABLEspoons of this stuff when I only needed to be taking 4 TEAspoons. To give you and idea as to the magnitude of my error, 1 TABLEspoon = 3 TEAspoons, so it was like taking 6 TEAspoons when I only needed 4. Isn’t that a kick in the ass?

Oh yeah, it still tastes bad.

Ok, I’m going to come out and say it: the product works extremely well thus far, but it is the single most disgusting tasting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. It tastes like a combination of cough syrup, crushed up pills, and Doritos. This morning before my workout I made a HUGE mistake: rather than tipping my head back and sucking it down like a shot, I let it swish around in my mouth for a bit. Big mistake. After about 2 minutes of trying to fight my gag reflex and hold everything down, I proceeded to vomit and watch about $6 worth of supplements (litterally) go down the toilet. Needless to say I was pissed, but I just took another teaspoon-full and went out and had an awesome workout anyway. If anyone out there is thinking of taking LM, thus far I would recommend it for the fact that it gives you intense (almost violent) lifting sessions, but it’s still in my opinion (based on what I’ve read) a little bit watered down compared to the shit that used to exist pre-ban. Oh yeah, and it tastes like ass. When the bottle says "Take with 20 oz of water" they’re not ****in around. Also learn from my mistake: it’s a supplement, not mouthwash so down it and get your ass to the gym!
