Exams are done and I’m back!
Saturday, December 15th, 2007Finals week was rough. Poor eating habits, sleep deprivation, stress…all things that contribute to muscular degradation. Fortunately, I still kept up on my protein intake and did some exercises outside of gym, pushups, situps, squats, barbell curls and such. Unfortunately, I got some weird ass flu-like sickness, so I feel even more like shit. That explains today’s low lifts. I should be ready to rock within another day or two.
