Phase II: Maintain

Sunday, July 29th, 2007

Well, I’m basically done bulking (for now) since I’m done with the Methyl 1-D/Liquid Masterdrol/I-GH-1 cycle and have reached my target weight of 200 lbs. and am now trying to maintain my gains through the next four weeks with LG’s Formadrol Extreme and Trib Extreme. I have noticed a difference since I stopped taking the other stuff…it’s hard to explain, I just FEEL it. I also feel as though the supps I’m taking now are a lot less harsh on my body and are taking less of a toll on my insides. I’ve also noticed a significant increase in appetite frequency which is definitely a plus, provided I’m eating right, which goes without saying. Besides all that, my goal is to continue training as normal, although I have decided moved on to a 5×5 routine. After this four weeks, I plan to move onto cutting, which will consist of a reduced-calorie diet which is still high in protein, as well as pre-lifting cardio.

Muscle Tech’s naNOx9

Wednesday, July 11th, 2007

I’ve heard a lot of great things about naNOx9, but it just didn’t seem to work for me. I’ve read a lot of reviews claiming awesome pumps, increased vascularity, a warm tingling sensation, etc. Today was my first workout without taking it and I didn’t notice any differences. So what does everything else think? Did I just have a bad experience with Nitric Oxide, or is it one of those things that’s not for everyone? Or is it just one of those products that’s overhyped?

My Weight

Monday, July 2nd, 2007

It looks like my weight is going up and I’ll definitely be able to break the 200 lbs. mark by the end of my LM/M1D/IGH1 cycle. I’ve received a lot of great advice from people telling me to eat more, comsumer 1-2g of protein per poud of body weight to gain weight and things like that and I thank you all for that. One thing I should say is that even though I’ve gained 5 lbs. since I started seriously training and taking supplements, prior to all of that I change my diet to a high calorie, high protein diet back in May. At that time I weighed about 179. So in all actuality, I’ve gained something like 18 lbs. Around August as I really get underway with my cutting cycle we’ll see how much of it is truly lean muscle mass (hopefully most).
