Wazzz up everybody!

I have no typed out a blog for awhile so here goes!! lmao!:)  I am sitting here eating my eggs and oatmeal wonderin if I will ever manage to get to 200 lbs.  I thinkin my best bet would to just stay where I am at in weight and shred and get a few contests under my belt before I try to compete with the 198 lbers!  I have met a really cool awesome individual that is helpin me allot on here and to her I say Thanks babe, your the best! Bodybuilding has been by far the greatest journey i have ever been on and the people on this site kick a$$!  My kiddos are doing well we are enjoyin the summer runnin all over to the pool to baseball games, and of course WRESTLING CAMP! Logan my 9 year old goes"dad in basketaball you can always blame a ball hog for losin the game, in wrestling if you lose you got nobody to blame but yourself so I can’t mess around in practice." cough what son? I am going to have my hands full! All three of my kids are throwin little dumbells around and doin sit ups and push ups its really weird the effect it has on them seein dad everyday hittin it and the positive results they are seeing. Who woulda thought that bodybuilding and the support from my friends on bb.com could change aspects of my whole life and touch my kids in a way to be driven like that. I cant wait to take them to their first competition and let them see what this is all about.. I think they somewhat understand as they have to watch LP videos and look at his pictures of him scattered throughout my house!! hehe LEE ROCKS! Well eggs are getting cold so I better blast !! God Bless  Love you all.. Fight the good fight keep your chin up and get that last rep DO IT!

Water,Water,Water

Well the water seems to be going away some.  We will have the National Guard watching our dikes around the clock, as they will be at high stress for the next 2weeks.. All of the towns around us have the same problems the water has no place to go.. Except the basement!! I was evacuated from my home on Monday of this weeks i took my protein and my workout gloves and my shoes. My kiddos and I are safe and sound stayin with friends and grandma. God bless our troops, the truck drivers, and all of the Firemen, and all volunteers.

Its been a long time since I sat down and wrote some blog stuff.. I have some things going on right now in my life, she is an awesome girl, wow I am really taken with her!! She is a lil flighty sometimes lol its funny..  anyways my workouts are kickin ass, its is starting to show for sure. I can’t wait for my workload to lighten some get this degree out of the way, its tough to bust ass all the time, Thanks Dad for the work ethic..It pays off, and worth all the effort. The kids start soccer soon, Wrestling went well this year my boys did well Dawson only lost one match and Logan had a winning record!! Well thats all I got hehe.. Legs this afternoon, better go get some carbs in me- like a beacon in the fog- who thought you could learn so much from a 45 lb plate of steel. Has changed my life God Bless

2 weeks cutting !!

Well i am two weeks into cutting phase. I am not really preping for anything just want to be ripped for a bit and see if the bulking phase really helped as I have never really bulked before. I always have been lean.Seeing my stomach area becoming less and also can see abs!! woo hoo. Have not really started to see cuts or striations but soon I hope.

Early change

August 13, 2008

I have decided to change my workout and go down to 6 to 8  reps with 4 sets per exercise. I am seeing more progress and feel I am getting more done in the gym, and having some awesome pumps.  It was a change for the good.

Another addition

Well I am three weeks into the program noticing some growth and liking it. I have not totally cleaned my diet yet but will for the last 2 weeks of the 8 week beginner program I am on.  I then plan on switching to Muscle Tech protein and creatine for my next 8 weeks on the intermediate program.  I may change the program some and incorporate some different exercises. Also maybe more sets as I am feeling really good.  Again Thanks to all of my friends at BB.com  KLTEXAS KICK ASS
