Didn't feel like going to the gym today but after reading your blog I got all stocked! I guess now it not the time to give up!!!</description>

					<description>Amen dude. This is a great post. I do say that my genetics are not in my favor. All my family have skinny arms, and round guts. But, I dont let that hold me back. I consider working out my constant never ending battle against my genetics. But thats just me. Dont let them hold me back no more.</description>

I have gotten the most endurance, longevity and strength and fitness goals, from listening to the experienced advice of two former football players: one, a pro with the Cin'ti Bengals; the other, my GP/M.D., a former Penn State football player. Both advised a thorough pre- and post- aerobics session, along with every weight training session. This has served me very well for nearly three decades, beginning at 35 and continuing through now, at nearly 63 1/2.</description>
