This was my response to a comment on one of my photos. 

There is no secret.  That’s one of the things I love about bodybuilding.  You can’t go buy a ripped body at the mall like a new set of clothes, or a fancy new car.  For me it’s two hours a day at the gym and a very strict diet.  Many others have had success with different approaches and the forums are full of helpful information.
