I can tell you that as far as my progress, if you look at my profile, I did exactly what is in the workout tracker.  Meaning, I was a bit busy with school and work and did not followed a strict diet and I was still able to get more progress by using Cell Tech than before I started using it.  I bought Nitro Tech, but because I worked out at nights, I was asleep by the time I was supposed to take it.  

Time was my biggest enemy, and it still is.  I still manage to squeeze as many workouts as I can here and there, and I try not to eat as much junk food for which I have been successful at.

On another note, when are you going to have your website up?  I can't wait to see it.
