HARD CORE!!
It look like by the end of the year it will get close to my target of 200lbs, but only close.
Indeed I wanted to reach that weight to show myself that if I push I can achieve everything, so I will goal it a semi failure, don’t want to be to hard on myself;-)
But for next year new target, 210 lbs by summer time with bodyfat at 10%.
To achieve that target I decided to start a 5*5 program and to stick mostly to the basics, bench press, squat and deadlift.
I want to increase most of my lifts by 10 to 20lbs.
