well as you all know i had a free trial with a personal trainer. When i went back for my second chance to prove myself, i think i did pretty good. Whatever he dished out i took it.

I ran in the tredmill for ten min, then on to the walking lunges around the track, i like those better than the stay in place lunges. :)   They really tighten up that booty and the quads. I will do the walking lunges and maybe add some weights to it. It’ll be good to do those being that most of my weight resides in my hindquarters and thighs. 

I jogged around the track 3 times afterward, thank goodness im strong enough to do all that, because if i weren’t i would have given up on the tredmill (NO LIE)

Any whoo…after the jog "OKAY GIVE ME 25 PUSH UPS."  Roy says. I did the girl pushups, i can do like 10 maybe 15 boy pushups…blah. After the pushups "21,22,23,24,25, STOP. Aight now give me 15 squats." (The ones where you squat and then jump into the air.) Good laaaaawd i hate those, but that to me just means i need to do more of them.

"Okay now i want ya to do some shoulder presses."  So Roy puts two eight pound dumb bells in my hands, im out of breath and doing shoulder presses. I get to the second set, i stop. "COME ON STAY WITH ME!" When he said that i got right back on it unitll he said stop. "OKAY NOW JOG AROUND THE TRACK 3 TIMES" 

Once i finished jogging i did 20 girl pushups and then he grabbed a weighted ball first we threw it using the chest then we threw it using the tricepts. Darn ball i totaly forgot it was a weighted ball lmao when he threw it at me, well not at me lol i said oooop this is heavy!! I was thinkin duh!! its a weighted ball, then my silly self thinks out loud and says i didnt think a ball could be this heavy. UGH!!!  "yeah its 12 pounds." he said. Now I feel retarted for saying that i think to myself. then he directs me on over to the cross trainer.

I didnt like the cross trainer, it felt weird and my toes went numb. But like i said if its something i dont like that means i need to do it more. i was huffing a puffing but i made it through my training session. I liked it.

what dont kill you definately makes you stronger :)

Today was a somewhat good day i guess. I went to the gym today to meet with my trainer, on a trial run. Well it didn’t turn out so well for me :( . I fed the kids bathed them and dressed them.  I figured since i didnt want to be late id grab myself a banana and head on out to the gym.

Once we got to the gym, i signed them into the kids place, went and changed my clothes the headed to the service desk and waited for the trainer.  He had me do walking lunges around the small track, then jog three times around. Not so bad  BUT I DIDNT EAT A DAMN THING…..I STARTED FEELING DIZZY AND OUT OF BREATH :(   25 push ups he says . so i do the pushups but then have to stop to catch my breath. Gosh since when have i been out of breath like this, i thought to myself. Heck if i can do tae bo for 55 minutes i know i can do this. Man im so upset right now i didnt eat. Shoot i cant believe i did that, i was ready to tear it up in the gym :( .

We had to stop due to my silly act of not eating. He gave me another appointment and had me prop my legs up on a body ball while laying down. I wasted his time and my time. :( Atleast i have another chance to prove what a beast i am tomorrow……Im going to show him who is in charge lmao joking :) .

so ummm…i went to the gym.

I recieved my gym membership today….well the person who was helping me talked and talked and talked and talked and talked and damn it talked some more. She was asking me the same questions, like would you like to take advantage of out Personal training program prices as follows:$99, $149 and $349. Bull shit there is know way on this GOD givin’ green earth i would pay for that. sorry but thats to much for only a few weeks of personal training. So any way she kept asking me and i still said no. It seemed like forever, gosh i was thinking if she dont stop talking im ganna walk the hell out. So finally she shut up and got the paper work started. AND again she asked me before i signed the papers if i wanted the personal trainer. NO DAMN IT i yelled in my head….will ya come on so i can kick some butt in the weight department. 

 Well once the paper work was all said and done, i go to the ladies locker room change my clothes and hit the weights. Well soon as i start pumpin the tricepts i get this headache from hell!!! I mean my head was throbbing. I hit a few more weights for the delts and upper back.

Once done i go to the sauna and sweat my azz off. Now i knew that the sauna room would make you sweat but i mean damn yall it looked like someone had came and splashed me with several buckets of water. I stood up to sit on the second bench and i see a nice booty print. im like good gosh look at my booty print. Other people were in there, i look to make sure no one saw my butt print. i quickly sat back down ~~~ ;) ROLMFAO~~~~  My headache went away after a while.

So anyway i decided to lay down on a bench. i raised my leg and all i seen was sweat just rollin down. i have never sweat so much in my life.  I felt a drip in my forehead it was the sweat from my wrists. you know how the ceiling has a leak and it slowly drips> well thats what the sweat from my wrist was doing. LOL i had a slow leak heheh!! I was i total awe of how much water the human body could hold in. I even had sweat rolling from beneath my nostril. I was like wtf is my nose running?  Whew it was hotter than satans balls in there. TE HEE exscuse my expression. I got up and walked out to the pool area to get a sip of water. i went to the steam room,  the steam room was even hotter. Good gosh i opened the door to the steam room and quicly shut it. After a while i got sleepy and bored so i went cooled off and went home. Imma hit the weights hard tonight at home….. Peace out My friends…..

I went to bally’s today on a free pass for 7 days. I was so lost, they have 3 different weight rooms a pool and so on. Well once i entered the first weight room i was so dumb founded. lol its been along time since i have been in a gym. i had to look at every machine to see what each of them were for. Once i found the machine i was looking for i hopped on it and began my sets. Men were lookin at me like wtf. i was pressing 100 lbs on the shoulder press machine  for a total of 4 reps  shoulders were on fire. =} then on to the calve raises……i did 1 set with 112 lbs. i stopped because i almost slipped on the last 2 reps. the sand paper or whatever was old and worn.  I moved on over to the free weights and picked up 2 20lb weights and did calve raises till my legs felt like they were going to explode. I sat the stationary bike and spotted a chest press machine. I thought hmmm i wonder if i could do 100lbs. I got up sat my heiny down on the seat and prepared my mind. i did 10 reps with 100 lbs then down to 8,6,4 i was like wow im stronger than what i think.

Once finished i decided to do some back work. even though it was not back day. i went over to the pull down machine set the weight to 100lbs and did 20,15,10,8 OH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! i was screamin in my head. i did it hells yeah i did it!!! this guy next to me was indirectly looking at me through the mirror. i thought to myself you best believe i’m liftin’ this weight!!  i went on to this weird machine where you lean your chest in on the pad and reach your arms out and pull the weights to you. (i know the machine was for upper back and middle back also.) well i went to 100lbs. did 3 sets of 10,8,6,4. I looked down at the weights and said screw it im going to 120lbs i pulled that bitch back like it wasnt nothin!! excuse my expression ;) i did 4 sets 15,10,8,4 hell yeah boiiiiii.  After that i went to the second weight room to do lateral raises with 45 lbs till failure. On to the abs. did 3 sets on the body ball , sit ups  4 sets and ab machine with 45 lb weight. I thought tha machine was weird because it has you lay down and pull your body up to a full body crunch and then lay back flat. did 50 reps there. Once finished in that room i walsed on over to the third weight room which took me a while to find, being that it was my first time there so i was lost lmao.

The third weight room i was like wtf! all the machines looked weird to me. i did recognize the squat and tricept pull down machines and a sit down calf raise machine. I was so lost in there ={ i was the only female in there and i felt um… scared! If you are in texas then you know we have many mexican people here. well the men in there were mexican and i dont speak a lick of spanish!! i tried my best to wait for this guy to finish on the tricept pull downs. i didnt know what to say so i walked away and went to check out the  rest of the room. BIG MACHINES!!! now im 5′3 so pretty much everything is big to me lol. 

I walked my short self on over to the barbell area. i seen a barbell with four small plates on each side. now i dont remember if it was 25 or 45 each weight. i tried to do a row but could not. i said aw hell imma dead lift this mutha F***er.  There was a man practically standing next to me. i bent over got my game face on inhaled then exhaled. he looked impressed that i even knew the correct way to do a deadlift heheheheh!!! i lifted that bad boy twice =} i love the dead lifts. After that i did a few hanging tricept dips, 3 chin ups (finally, i could only do one at first) On my way to the tredmill. i ran for only 3m:36s. My calves felt like they were ganna pop out of my legs and run away! i pulled the emergency stop button and gently stepped down off of the tredmill. It felt like i had cement blocks in the place of feet….next time im going to run first then do strength training heheheheh i whipped my muscles butt. Im ganna be sorry in the morning =}

has anyone ever done work on their bicepts, looked at them one day and say hmmm……i wonder what they will look like a week from now or even a month from now? All of us have lmao. well i was working on my bicepts today and i looked down and saw that vein that goes from the forarm all the way up to the shoulder, i said hell yah u sexy vein, i thought that was sexy as hell. Is that weird? i mean for something as gross as a vein to be so sexy? i guess its cuz ive never seen it before(on me…in me) lol. i know im weird and crazy hahah but i love it!!!i had a great workout today

I woke up this mornin’ and felt like i was hit by a damn train! Oh lawd it hurt so bad but it feels so good to know that im workin my butt off to reach my goals. Honestly i never knew that training this hard and lifting the weights would get me the body i always wanted. I though i had to run mile on top of mile to get that rock hard body. Sheesh pure ignorance lol. i knew boxing would help in some way but hey im a noob so what can i say. I sure as heck didnt know that shoulder training would give me them sexy shoulders either. I was looking at peoples profiles when i first started out on here and was like damn how in the heck do they get them shoulders….i love that sh!t!!! now i know how—-its shoulder tyme baby!!!!

Tonight i feel a little down because i dont think i worked hard enough ={ my left arm seems to be out of it. I am ususally able to do 10 reps with 20lbs. but it just did not want to pull that weight up. Is my arm burnt out??? i could not do a preacher curl either. Whats going on? Im just bummed out tonight. man i just feel a lil depressed. Other than that i think i did a good job on tri’s and chest.  I looked in the mirror and flexed. seems as though i did do a good job cuz everything looks good. just bummed cuz my arm is being a retard tonight. new pics coming soon….

i know some of yall have heard of that song called do the stanky leg right? Well right now im doing the jello leg. I did my squats tonight and boy oh boy did i have jello….noodle…wobbly legs lol. i tried to go up the steps to take a much needed shower after my stretch and guess what…..i collapsed at the thrid step lol =} i crawled the rest of the way up 2 flights {small} of stairs…..I conjured up the strength to get my stanky butt in the shower…lol i had a great workout=} abs are tight also…

Heavy!!!!

OMG!!!! i hit the weights heavy tonight. all upper body is burning. i went to go get a glass of water after cardio and weight lifting, i tried to set the glass down gently but instead i slamed it down. that glass felt HEAVY as hell =} that must mean i did a great job. While doing my bicept curls i forced myself to get in the last two. My arm stopped mid way up. I said to myself do it pull it up…but my bicept said hell no its to heavy. I said oh yes you are going to pull up this darn weight! and i did!!! I know, I know i talk to myself but hell i am my only motivation and my worst critic. same thing happened with y chest. mid way up it didnt want to pull up that weight. i did 2 sets of 12 with 20lbs. i got to three on the third set…that was the best i could do…but next time im going to finish that third set!!! HEAVY HEAVY YOU SO HEAVY BABY!!!~DREAM GIRLS~

i was bored as hell, there was nothing else to do but twittle my thumbs and play with the kids. well after playing with them i was still bored. i went to look in the mirror and flexed my arms..then all of a sudden a Tricept was trying to peak out! i said and i know its kind of weird talking to yourself but i just could not help it. i said " i see you tryin to peak out tricepts,dont be shy come on out!" so me and my tricepts are ganna be hitting it hard three days a week! Bicepts looking good too. =}
