the long weekend
July 5, 2007The long weekend killed me on sunday my diet didn’t go to plan went camping and boating and didn’t eat till 10 or 11 pm and the last time i ate was at 10 am. Now i am feeling the effects of not staying consistent, i am getting back on track but my stomach is still a little upset at times. Here is what i ate yesterday
8:00 am - 3 hard boiled eggs, packet of oatmeal, banana
10:00 am - 3 fillets of sole, 1/2 cup of yogurt
half hour before work out
2 pills of purple K and 2 scoops of explode
after work out
2 pills of purple K
1:00 pm - 3 chicken breasts with oaster sauce, and a banana
3:00 pm - packet of oatmeal, banana
6:30 pm - steak, mushrooms, tossed salad
didn’t have a 6th meal and haven’t had a protien shake in a few days taking a break from them planning to get back on taking them daily
