Hello there. This is my first bodyblog, I am new to body building. I have competted twice and now my goal for this year is to build up my delts. I am doing reverse pyramids with a three day on and one day off program. I do legz,chest once a week. and the rest i do twice. As you can see my legz, quads are over developed. This is not due to over trainning it is genetics. I have been told to switch to body building instead of figure. What do you think.

Hi there and thank you for posting on my blog. Girl, you are a KNOCKOUT!! Your quads are awesome, mine are very developed too and i’m working on the same thing as you…the lovely shoulders. I want mine to match my quads. I bet you would do well in bodybuilding, but you also have a very nice figure (hourglass) for figure. Where have you competed before and for what org?

Hope your doing good. I have been to this site before. I’m glad your trying to bring up your delts I think you should and see where it takes you, you don’t want to get stuck placing lower than you should because of this. So go for it sweetheart. Ill see you later.
