January 30, 2009Hello there. This is my first bodyblog, I am new to body building. I have competted twice and now my goal for this year is to build up my delts. I am doing reverse pyramids with a three day on and one day off program. I do legz,chest once a week. and the rest i do twice. As you can see my legz, quads are over developed. This is not due to over trainning it is genetics. I have been told to switch to body building instead of figure. What do you think.
