Today i weighed in, and i seen that i gained 4 pounds, doesn’t seem like much but when i have been working as hard as i have and trying to eat right it didn’t make much sense. at first i took it kind of hard. But instead of getting down on myself like i used too, i decided to find out why, to look back at what i ate over the week, and see where i can improve. I am a firm believer in diet being just as if not more important that the actual physical working out. I seen several spots where i should have choose differently and can make changes and i feel good that i can do that i know i can make those changes and its not even anything drastic, but to me that wasn’t the big issue
i realized that instead of being happy with my results, getting in shape, and more fit, i was doing it to see lower numbers on the scale and not for the results, that all my real goals were all about the numbers. I know now that, thats not what is about its about reaching a point where you can look in the mirror and say that you are happy with how you look, and nothing should be able to change that esp not a number. I think there is just to much emphasis placed on weight and lower and lower numbers, and not enough placed on the way a person looks. This is something I am glad i finally have learned, and i know it will be hard to focus on the way i look more so than what the scale says but its a change i must make, and i know i can do it!!

Its been a few weeks since i wrote my last blog, and since then i have seen alot of changes in myself mentally and phyiscally! I am finally starting too see abs coming in, not much but a little, this made me realize just how far i have came. July of last year i was up to 177lbs!! and now i finally see abs! that is so encoraging to me! I now see that i can really do anything that i set my mind too, it has given me the drive to go further to see just what i can do with my body, given the right diet, and exercise program. In total since then i have lost 34lbs and im extremely excited about it, im slowly but surely starting to gain back my strength and muscle tone, as the weeks go by and i see more and more results it gives me more determination to keep going and keep at it!!

so..this was my first week back into everything full force!! Since xmas break, and being really sick I havent been able to work out that much..but no im back and I worked out 6 out of the 7 days and it was great! the first time i did bench i was able to start doing reps at 85 and by the end of the week i was doing reps at 100!! So thats is exciting because it has been 6mo to a yr since I have done much bench pressing. This week i have tried alot of new things diet wise which seem to be working, such as more protien and low fat..im eating pretty clean which has helped alot! I also tried a vegitarian resturant and it was absolutely amazing. I am working out with 3 friends everyday that we can…our goal is at least 5 to 6 days a week and everyday if possible. This is the first time in 3 years since i have worked out with a partner before, i didnt think i would like it, im way to independent and wanting to do my own thing, so i was a lil nervous at first but its working out really well!! hopefully by march or at least the end of march ill be benching near 150 if not more. Im not sure yet about the qoals for squats, and deadlifts. I have about 13 more pounds to lose and at the rate im going it shouldnt take to much…So thats how things are going so far! hope everyone else is doing good and having good luck with there training. Ill check back in later on
Stay strong, and train hard!!

I have been working out for about a week now, and I feel great and it has done wonders for my self confidence already and everything. I am trying my best to eat right. And eat as much as I’m suppose to. Its a battle to eat sometimes and to eat as much as i need to, esp with the training program I have put myself on. So Im trying really hard. Ill keep everyone updated on how things are going. Ill also have more progress pics and stats coming soon!! Keep on Keeping on guys!

Today is my first real day of training, I’m going to the gym at 5 and am going to start out doing 25 min of cardio, and about 30 to 45 min of weight training on my legs. I have ate fairly decent today and after my workout plan to get some protein. I feel very confident about it so i hope things go well. I broke my toe over the weekend, and im not really suppose to walk on it if I can help it, in order for it to heal faster so I am going to jump on the Elliptical trainer because you technically don’t have to move your feet and see how that goes. I will let you know how it is afterwards! Thanks for the support guys!
