Big Beyond belief
I am 4 weeks into the twelve week program and it is going great. I feel that i am making gains in size and hardness. This program starts out kinda slow but it progress up to where you are lifting big and heavy. Next week goes back to higer reps again and I wait and see how it goes. Also have with my new rountine and new workout partner who is really into it and willing to help me achieve my goals- red
