Can’t say I have ever done these in all of my days of liftin iron, but new partner shamed me into it today and they were freaken awsome, can’t wait to what else he can teach the ole dog !

I am 4 weeks into the twelve week program and it is going great. I feel that i am making gains in size and hardness. This program starts out kinda slow but it progress up to where you are lifting big and heavy. Next week goes back to higer reps again and I wait and see how it goes. Also have with my new rountine and new workout partner who is really into it and willing to help me achieve my goals- red

Well my tri are alittle sor today, Chest is hard guess that macine only workouit did some good!
Today is crdio day, and man as much a I love to Pump iron I dread cardio to the same degree. Used to tell people I would be this guy laying in a casket with these huge arms and no heart from no Cardio!1 Well I did do 4o minutes on the satclimber, hey I have to respect that monster cause it kicks my ass!! Fokkowed up with abbs triset of
Habging leg raise, leg extension, reverse curls 3 set 10-12 each

It’s machines only something very new for and old lifter like me. Heres what we did:
Hammer strength flat press 3x 8-10
Hammer incline press  3 x 8-10 last set continue to failure                  Â
                   Â
Pec deck flys 3 x 10- 15 last set drop 30% continue to failure
Shoulder press 3 x 8-10
latural raise 3 x 10 -15 last set drop and continue to failure
Tricep press down machine supsetted x overhead seated cable curls 3x 8-10 It was really a great pump and I enjoyed the entire workout!

This Monday I start a new workout. It will be using only machines and last for only two weeks. My partner looks for these in the Muscle Mags. Muscle mags you say no one really does those. Well I don’t mean the pro’s workout but the other different type of workouts that they print up. Have to agree I was not to hot on this at first. It was my partners idea and a lot of times when we first start them I say I don’t like this. But i have found that it really changes up my workout and I do enjoy them. I ‘ll let you know next week how it’s going.
