Creatine replenishes your creatine phosphate (CP) stores, which will replenish your ATP (adenosine triphosphate---the molecule your body uses for energy) stores, and you're always burning calories, so it's best to get your calories form protein instead of fat.  My pont: YES :)  Great job so far, and good luck in 2008 :)</description>
