Wednesday, January 21st, 2009Just got done with my morning workout . It was great. I could feel the burn. Working really hard on get my body fat down and my muscle mass. Hopefully I can have really good profile pic soon. I am not real sure if I am going in the right way. I bulked up over the last couple of months and slowed down on my cardio. Gained about 10 to 20 lbs. of muscle and some fat I think. Now I have picked up on my cardio and was wondering if I should keep taking protein or not?
