Can you take creatine and protein on the days that you don’t workout?

Yep. Creatine replenishes your creatine phosphate (CP) stores, which will replenish your ATP (adenosine triphosphate—the molecule your body uses for energy) stores, and you’re always burning calories, so it’s best to get your calories form protein instead of fat. My pont: YES
