Just got done with my morning workout . It was great. I could feel the burn. Working really hard on get my body fat down and my muscle mass. Hopefully I can have really good profile pic soon. I am not real sure if I am going in the right way. I bulked up over the last couple of months and slowed down on my cardio. Gained about 10 to 20 lbs. of muscle and some fat I think. Now I have picked up on my cardio and was wondering if I should keep taking protein or not?

Right now I am on a low carb high protein diet. I’m trying to bulk up alittle and get a better body definition. Should I change my diet or stay the same. I am aready taking protien shakes. I was told to take creatine also, will that help me? Any replys would help.

To increase your muscle mass do you up your weights and decrease your reps! Any other info about increasing muscle mass will help!

Tonight was leg night. It was great! My legs where pumped. I gained a half inch on my chest. Not much but I like it.

I had chest and forearm workout today. It was great! My chest feels like it’s going to pop. That’s awsome!My forearms are pumped. I hope to see good results.

I started back up my workout after taking a couple of weeks off. It wasn’t to bad. I think it did me good with a break. Has any body else done that?

I am having trouble getting rid of my stomach and love handles.They have gone down but they will not go away.In my workouts I have lots of cardio and ab exercises. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or what.
