It was back traps night! It was awsome! I could really feel it flexing and pumping up the muscles. I hope it all pays off!

Tonight was leg night. It was great! My legs where pumped. I gained a half inch on my chest. Not much but I like it.

I had chest and forearm workout today. It was great! My chest feels like it’s going to pop. That’s awsome!My forearms are pumped. I hope to see good results.

I started back up my workout after taking a couple of weeks off. It wasn’t to bad. I think it did me good with a break. Has any body else done that?

I am having trouble getting rid of my stomach and love handles.They have gone down but they will not go away.In my workouts I have lots of cardio and ab exercises. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or what.

I started doing cardio 5 days a week.I am lifting 3 days a week.Hopefully I can a lot of fat and start bulking up!
