Feeling Strong
Been hitting the weights heavy and hard on my new routine. Its a mix of 5×5 with an added burn out set. Each weak I feel my bench and squats going up. I feel stronger, and loving it. I haven’t taken measurements yet but look forward to seeing progress and measuring it. I thinking of making a few minor changes to this current routine, other then that I’m feeling swollen. I just hit 160, but its hard to maintain or gain more weight. I need to make a habit of taking in more calories, just hard when you want to stay as lean as possible during a bulking phase.

Had a great Leg work out, feeling stronger every week. Got to stay focused and complete week by week.

Started using Jack3d as of yesterday. Looking forward to more mass. So far weighing in at 161.
