This is to all my friends and young girls out there…  Don’t worry about what the dumb boys in school say.  I was the ugly duckling that couldn’t buy a date in high school. I was the one they used to ask to dance’s as a practical joke. And I couldn’t thank God more for it now… I see those guys and the women they ended up marrying and how miserable they are!!! WOOOO HHOOOOO!!  Karma is a mutha… just be nice, be yourself, and it will all come full circle!!

Thanks to all the beautiful fitness models who’ve given me compliments and words of encouragement!!!  It really means alot to me and is making my two-a-day cardio sessions a little more bearable!!!  Can’t wait to meet you in person!!
