Arginine, CELLMASS, and training….
Sunday, September 21st, 2008Just started using Arginine in a heavier dose, than I have been. I have been using a capsule of Arginine/Ornithine 1250 mg/750 mg in 2 caps, and using 2 -4 capsules in the am, and after w/o. Now using 3-4 grams 3 times a day. Along with the CELLMASS 2 x a day, and my w/o’s, I can feel this regimen working. I am in my second 4 weeks of CELLMASS, and will be on it thru end of november. I am working on a mass gain sort of, more of fat to muscle exchange. The Arginine dosage comes from the October issue of Muscle & Fitness page 118. Very good article regarding best muscle builders, minus steroids, and test boosters. Starting a new job tomorrow that will allow for a new schedule as far as cardio and w/o’s , so will see how it goes.
